Be strong. Do not be afraid. God is with you wherever you go. – DEUTERONOMY 31:6

The desert stretched endlessly before them—dry, uncertain, unforgiving. Behind them lay everything familiar. Ahead… only questions.

Moses stood at the edge of it all, looking at a people who had followed him through miracles and madness, through doubt and deliverance. He could see it in their eyes.

Fear.

What if we fail?
What if God leaves us now?
What if everything we believed… was only for the past?

They had seen the sea split.
They had eaten bread that fell from heaven.
They had survived what should have destroyed them.

And yet—this moment felt different.

Because now, they had to move forward without him.

Moses’ voice rose—not just as a leader, but as a man who understood the weight of leaving people behind.

“Be strong…”

The words didn’t come softly. They cut through the fear like a blade.

“BE STRONG.”

Not because they felt ready.
Not because the path was clear.
But because strength, he knew, was not the absence of fear—it was the decision to walk anyway.

“Do not be afraid…”

How do you not fear the unknown?
How do you step into something that could break you?

They had every reason to be afraid. Enemies ahead. Uncertainty everywhere. No guarantees.

And still—he said it again, as if repeating it could plant courage into trembling hearts:

“DO NOT BE AFRAID.”

Because fear lies.
It whispers that you are alone.
It tells you that what’s ahead is bigger than what’s within you.

But then came the truth—the part that changed everything.

“The Lord your God goes with you…”

Silence fell over them.

Not the empty kind.
The kind that fills your chest when something finally makes sense.

We’re not alone…

Not in the wilderness.
Not in the battle.
Not in the quiet moments when doubt creeps in and everything feels like it’s falling apart.

GOD IS WITH YOU.

Not just in the victories.
Not just when your faith is strong.
But in the breaking…
In the confusion…
In the nights where you question everything.

“He will never leave you nor forsake you.”

Never.

Not when you fail.
Not when you run.
Not when you think you’ve gone too far to come back.

NEVER.

And suddenly, the fear didn’t disappear—but it lost its power.

Because if God walks with you…
then the unknown is no longer empty.

It is inhabited.

It is held.

It is guided.

So stand up.

Even if your voice shakes.
Even if your heart races.
Even if everything inside you screams to stay where it’s safe.

BE STRONG.

Not because you’re fearless—
but because you are NEVER ALONE.
